Magic Happens is a beautifully built daughter of Awesome Patriot. She found the winner's circle three times and earned a total of $25,714 before settling into her career as a broodmare.
With a deep female family, you will find several mares who have produced stakes winners and even a Hall Of Famer. Magic Happens had her first foal in 2022, who, by all accounts, inherited her good looks and her family's speed.

The depth of Magic Happens female family is impressive. Her 3rd dam was the dam of Breeders Cup Distaff winner Spain. Further back is Broodmare of the Year Levee, who was the Dam of Hall of Fame, and filly Triple Crown winner Shuvee.
Magic Happens was hip one at the 2021 Fasig Tipton, Saratoga October Sale. Her conformation immediately caught our eye, and we put her on our shortlist. The following 74 mares fell short compared to her, and we went into the sale with a shortlist of one. We were very excited when the hammer fell, and we were the top bidders.
Magic Happens was last bred to Mr. Monomoy (the half-brother to Monomoy Girl) on April 15th. With her first foal having no faults, we are optimistic this one will follow suit. With two good-looking foals, Magic Happens will likely go to Kentucky in 2023.
